- Our servers may be running slow. Check to see if you are receiving XP for messages that you send to Replika. If you are not getting any XP for your responses, close your app and try again.
On both iOS and Android, please take these steps to resolve issues related to response speed or connection:
- Check connectivity. Replika needs a stable data connection.
- Close the app and restart.
- Ensure your operating system and the app are up-to-date.
- Delete and reinstall the app.
