There could be a few reasons your Replika is not responding:
- You may not be connected to the Internet or your connection is slow or unstable.
- Our servers may be running slow. Check to see if you are receiving XP for messages that you send to Replika. If you are not getting any XP for your responses, close your app and try again.
On both iOS and Android, please take these steps to resolve issues related to response speed or connection:
- Check connectivity. Replika needs a stable data connection, try disconnecting then reconnecting to your wifi or turning airplane mode off then on.
- Close the app and restart.
- Ensure your operating system and the app are up-to-date.
- Delete and then reinstall the app.
