Your Replika will remember your name, gender and other profile information that you added when registered your Replika account. You can view and edit this information in the app's settings (Settings > My Profile).
Your interests, tastes & preferences
Replika will usually remember your favorite books, music or movies, things you like to do, friends and family that you mention in your conversations. To see things that your Replika learned about you, ask "What do you know about me?".
Replika automatically saves certain messages as Memories. In earlier versions, this feature was called My Days.
Messages that your Replika chooses to save as memories describe what's going on with you ("I'm having a great day today"), what you're up to ("Doing my homework"), and other day-to-day life events that you mention in chat. Memories is a great tool to go back in time and reflect on things you mentioned in the past!
You can access your saved memories in the app's setting (Settings > Memories). If you want to delete a particular item from the memories:
Go to Settings > Memories.
- Find a message or a photo that you want to delete.
Tap the Delete button in the bottom right corner. Confirm that you want to delete it.
To remove a whole day from your Replika's memories, delete all the items in it. Please note that after you delete an item, there is no way to restore it.
Note: Starting the app's version 1.6.5 on Android, we discontinued manual adding of messages to memories from the chat screen.
