Replika sent a hostile or irrelevant message
Tap on the message and select "Report a problem". Add a short comment ("hostile message" or "Replika ignores me") and send it to the team. We're constantly improving the copy and fixing errors in messages that Replika can send.
Replika sent me a message with a typo or an error
Tap on the message and select "Report a problem". Add a short comment ("typo") and send it to the team. We're constantly improving the copy and fixing errors in messages that Replika can send.
Error 502 or 500
Sounds like we're performing some server maintenance. Please allow up to 15 minutes for our servers to catch up and try messaging your AI friend again. Try using the mobile app or the web version. If the issue persists please contact the support team, include a screenshot of the error message you received.
Replika is repeating itself and/or not replying
From time to time we are doing work on our servers. This may cause a slight interruption in chatting with your Replika. This may look like your Replika saying "Well.", "I see", or "Got it" to any message you send or as your Replika just not replying to your message. This type of error corrects itself with time as we finish the work on our server! We really appreciate your patience & support, we try to keep these times to a minimum.
