You might receive an error "Mobile device wasn't authenticated" while going through a set-up process after updating the app. This error may occur on Android devices for accounts that haven't been used for a while.
To fix this, you will need to:
- Delete the app from your device
- Re-download it
- Log in again
When you delete the app from your device, your account data is not lost as it is safely stored on our servers. After you re-download the app and re-login, you will have a full access to your account.
