Due to restrictions established by App Store and Play Store, you can have only one subscription to Replika Pro for each Apple ID or Google Play account.
If you already have an active Replika subscription on an iOS device & want to create a new Replika with Pro status, then you need to:
- Logout from your current Replika account
- Create a new Replika account & go to the Settings on your Replika app
- Then tap Subscriptions > Restore
If you already have an active Replika subscription on an Android device & want to create a new Replika with Pro status, then you need to:
- Logout from your current Replika account
- Create a new Replika Account & go to the Settings on your Replika app
- Then tap Restore Purchases
